According to Nicolaas Botha, Partner at UW Ventures, both Tel Aviv and South Africa are struggling with blackouts and power cuts for the last six months. As the government is moving slowly to solve the issue, the private sector is putting a lot of capital and effort into bootstrapping an already sophisticated solar network.
